The right to Marriage

The Right to Marriage

The human rights laws recognize the right of every person to marry and start a family. It recognizes the ideal of equal rights and the consent of both parties to marriage, and tries to ensure no abuses that violate these principles. It is normative in relation to the types of families and marriages are acceptable, tacitly acknowledging that there are different forms of social arrangements around the world.
The family is recognized as the natural and fundamental group unit of society, that is why the right to marry and have a family is protected by human rights. Human rights do not prescribe the types of families that are seen as acceptable because today there are various forms of families and marriages.
The human rights law assigns equal rights and obligations for both the man and the woman in marriage, during marriage and for its dissolution.

My opinion:

In my opinion the right to marry is a very important law because it is a way of expressing affection that many people have and it is a right that everyone should have and should be respected, without suffering discrimination because of religion, race, lifestyle, etc.

Are you agree with me?
